Would recommend to anyone and will use again if need arises. From the first contact with the owner to the time I picked up my vehicle after it was fixed, the experience was GREAT!! Always professional and courteous. Kept me informed about the progress of repairs at least 1-2 times a week and worked with my insurance company to make sure all extra repairs were paid. Had trouble finding a part but worked tirelessly to make sure it could be located. Answered all my questions promptly. Cannot say enough good about my experience. Thank you!!

I highly recommend Fox Automotive for all of your paint and body work needs. Insurance companies can be difficult to deal with at times and Fox worked very hard on getting the insurance company to do what was best for me and my vehicle. They don't allow the insurance company to cut corners and short change the customer. RaShel was great at communicating the process and updating as we went along. My Suburban looks as good as new. The insurance company wrote down the wrong light to be ordered and when I picked my vehicle up and saw the lights were two different colors, Fox immediately got to work on getting the insurance company on the phone and ordering parts so that it would be fixed. Very prompt, very dependable, and overall great work and customer service!
