Had to get a side mirror painted to match the body color so it was a small job and I wasn’t sure if they would take it on. I walked in and directly they jumped up ready to help with my small project. They got my information and in less than 2 minutes a deal had been struck and they went to work. That same week they called and said it was done and ready to be picked up. What a great job and the professional service was first class. If they can handle my small job and treat me like my project was just as important as any other they will take care of you with great service too. I highly recommend this place to anyone. My wife’s van was accidentally damaged while parked at church. Chad Hartsfield with State Farm recommended Franklin Paint and Body in Chelsea for repairs. I am extremely particular about vehicles and their appearance. I gave them a heads up about how hard to please I am. I took the van in on Monday AM. They promised to have it ready by Friday. To my surprise, they called for it to be picked up Thursday. When I got there and saw it, I was very impressed. The whole front end looked new. Perfect job. They went above and beyond what was required. Blended paint on fenders. They even replaced pin stripping. If I ever need similar work again, that’s where I will go. Brandon and Mandy were super!!

Great work on a car that got the front end badly messed up during a hurricane. 4 stars because they left a socket in the fender well that caused quite a ruckus and was difficult to find. They matched the paint pretty well although I felt it had a little too much flake for the metallic, as you could tell it looked different than the factory. But close enough that most wouldn’t notice. Done in a timely manner!

Fantastic experience with Franklin Paint & Body. They did excellent work and had my car ready before it was promised. Bonus: They also detailed my vehicle and even cleaned up some cosmetic damage at no charge and without being asked. Can't recommend this business enough. Great folks!
