Excellent customer service. I was able to get an appointment and job done within hours of calling. Reasonably priced. We used Fuse for a second opinion since the last service provider was pushing us to buy a whole new system. Turned out all we needed was some refrigerant and sealant to fix our AC problem. Roman was great. He was punctual, notified us in advance prior to arriving, did what he needed to to diagnose the issue with our freezer and gave us a fair quote before proceeding to do the work. Professional team who are quite knowledgeable! We had our walk in freezer malfunction on us. We had several techs come look at it for several quotes and neither of them were successful at diagnosing the issue. Roman with FUSE too his time and nailed the diagnosis quickly. They did quick work at decent price. I would highly recommend FUSE for any of your residential / commercial needs.

They responded immediately and was able to send a technician out the next day on a Saturday. Alex was professional and delivered a great service on our dryer (it turned out it needed a bit of maintenance work, not to be fixed). The price of the service is a bit pricey though.

Roman got to my place in time and did the initial diagnosis in short time. He provided the estimate for the repair pretty quick and at a price way lower than some other company. He did the repair the next day after accepting the estimate. Very professional in all what he have done. I would really recommend his services to everyone.

Roman was our technician and he came to our home on the same day we needed service. He did a great job and repaired our dryer as it was not producing any heat.
That same night, our dryer started to make a loud clanking sound. I immediately called Fuse again and they sent Roman back to check things out. They came out a second time and fixed our dryer without any hassle. We are no longer having any issues and are completely satisfied.
I would definitely recommend them.

Fuse did a wonderful job cleaning out my dryer lint. It was a messy, tedious job and the technician did it with a smile. He explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also made recommendations for repairing our venting. I would definitely use them again!
