Stefan and Alexander installed the heatpump water heater for us. There were lot of work. It took the whole day to finish. The heater is working fine. However parts of the wall behind the water heater were torn open. I wish they were patched. Now with the heater in place, it would be more difficult to cover them up.

On July 18 & 19, Electrician Dmytro M and his Helper Rodney Y. from Fuse Service did a fast and excellent job of installing a sub panel and 50 amp outlets for an ev charger and an induction range. They got it right the first time. Good cleanup too.

On August 1, Plumber Kirill S. and Helper Alvin S. from Fuse Service did an excellent job of removing our old gas water heater and replacing it with an new heat pump water heater. They were a pleasure to work with and they treated our stuff that they needed to move with kindness. They did an excellent job of cleaning up when the job was finished.

On August 1 & 2, Installer Anton S. and Helper Gray N. from Fuse Service did an excellent job of removing our old gas furnace and replacing it with a new heat pump HVAC system. It was a complicated job and they got it right the first time. They were a pleasure to work with and they treated our stuff that they needed to move with kindness. They did an excellent job of cleaning up when the job was finished.

The process began on June 27 with a Zoom visit with Nick the estimator for the estimate for the electrical panel modifications, EV charger circuit, induction stove circuit and heat pump water heater installation. Estimator Roby S. came by on July 2 to do the estimate for the heat pump HVAC installation. Both were easy to work with and their work led to the installations described above. Fuse Service took care of the permits and made it all very easy.

The electrician Michael (Mikhail) and his assistant, along with Andrew (who installed required bollards), did an excellent job of upgrading our electrical panel. There was one unexpected twist necessitating a last minute change, that required them to stay late in order to get everything signed off and then wait for PG&E to reconnect us. They were capable, professional, flexible, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Fuse.

We purchased a pretty complex heat pump system with both ductless and ducted zones, and the installation went very well. The crew cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, and finished a little ahead of schedule. Oleg, the lead installer, was very polite and efficient. The Mitsubishi user interface takes some getting used to, but so far the system is heating very well.

From the first estimate, to contractual work including access to eligible rebates and free interest loan, to actual installation and testing, everything was done as planned. Oleg and team worked quietly, took every precaution to maintain my space cleaned at all time, and executed the entire project as planed.
