Was not impressed. The owner came to evaluate and as soon as I showed him I could tell he was not interested in helping us with the problem. He was rude and kept looking at his phone while I was trying to talk to him. Then he acted like I couldn't pay for his services. Which dear sir is totally incorrect. We used this company in the past and was very satisfied but not this time. Maybe he needs to retire!!!

I was having water heater issues and went online to my neighborhood Facebook page and asked for recommendations. Garrett's Plumbing came with high recommendations. When I called for an appointment, Owen, the owner, answered and was very friendly and polite. He listened to my issues and set up an appointment with a technician that same day. Ozzie, the tech that came out was very pleasant and got right to work. We had hot water in no time. I'm so glad that I found Garrett's Plumbing. If I ever have plumbing issues again, they are the ones I'll call!

Love these guys! Very professional, punctual and dependable. Have used them for various plumbing issues through the years from garbage disposal and faucet replacement to fixing our tankless water heater (which was a big one for us when we couldn't get any hot water flowing!).
