I got into an accident, and when offered choices by Geico, Geno’s in Brentwood stood out. My in-laws went to them a few years ago and had a good experience, so I figured, why not.

My car looks brand new. Attached are before and after pictures. Paint looks amazing, body looks flawless.

As far as customer service goes, both Alondra and Casey went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for at Geno’s. Thank you all for the amazing job on my baby.

P.S. the interior was clean? Awesome! And it smelled great too!!! They found an old picture of my wife and I and put it right in view. Nice way to get back into my car and see that first thing.

Took my car in again, and they fixed most of the issues, and I can say I'm satisfied with the work. I wish it didn't take 3 times, but I respect that they wanted to make it right and very professional.

I'm taking it in again to have it looked at. I hope the issues are fixed and will update.

If one word could describe the feeling I got, it would be careless. The people are friendly there, but whoever does the work definitely needs more experience or they are just careless. I'll let the photos speak for themselves and tell me if you would be happy with the results of a car that was 2 months old, and it came back looking like that. It took a month to fix and yes 1 week was because parts but then I it was 1 another week then another, then they had to repaint it again because again the person painting was careless and has a heavy hand. You can see where the paint pooled up. See photos.

We recently had a Ford Ranger Pickup that needed both the driver side doors repaired/replaced from someone hitting our vehicle in the center. Looks great, very happy with the quality of service, comfortable waiting room with couch and TV if you need to wait, wifi is available. Not your typical autobody feel, for sure! Thank you to the staff at Geno's Autobody for taking great care of us.

I want to thank Geno and his staff as well as the office for the way they handled my parents work truck due to an unfortunate accident they were in. I used Geno’s Auto Body Brentwood just recently when my car was damaged in an accident. The Estimator, Anthony and the two lovely ladies at the front desk were so friendly and awesome. They made my repair and experience easy and I would highly recommend them for any repairs. The front desk ladies even helped me with my getting my car seat base out of my rental car when I was struggling to get it out by myself. The repairs look amazing, they were quick and the customer service was great!

This place sucks. Says they work on teslas, Geico says they work on Teslas. then you get there and they don’t. Don’t even bother going to this place they are a joke 0 stars would be a better rating
