We had a real emergency this past weekend at our cabin in Verde Glen. We were without heat and it was getting down to about 30 degrees at night. I placed a call at about 8 am and Rick fro George Henry's was at the house by about 9:30 am working on our propane heat system. He was able to locate the problem and fixed it quickly for us. A huge relief. Rick was very thorough and professional and appreciated! Thank you for a great experience.

We had our jacuzzi tub removed. We had 3 young men come in and had it done within 2 hours. When they got done they Cleaned up everything. That was a huge deal for us. We highly recommend George Henry's. Thank you all so much.

Rick was amazing. It’s rare to find somebody so knowledgeable that is easy to communicate with. His attention to detail was something I noticed too. He didn’t just rush through the process. He took everything into account. Another thing I found impressive was the fact that he spends his personal time and money developing his trade. Very few people would be willing to do that. Thank you for hiring such a dedicated person.

I was extremely beyond satisfied with George Henry's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling company. I called on a Saturday because my air conditioner stopped working. They scheduled me for Sunday, but fortunately there was an opening in their schedule & they were able to come right over. Whew, it was a hot day! The gentlemen that came, Scott & Rick, were extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable & able to access the problem & begin the fix. They were not able to obtain one of the parts they needed, a motor, until Monday. So...they went out of their way to obtain a temporary motor & adapted it to my system to keep me and my pups cool until Monday. I would highly recommend them! Really, I'm one of their cool 🙂 customers.

If I knew I could add a photo on this before I filled it out I would have absolutely put a photo of the two gentlemen who worked on my AC unit today. George Henry's plumbing who reviews in the past is now hired to really good people there is a gentleman who was seem to be around for a while and somebody who was new with the company but been in AC work for quite a while. They were both very knowledgeable. Their customer service was very good. When they came to check out the unit they did not try to over sell. When they came into the driveway they both shook my hand and when they left they both shook my hand again. That doesn't sound like a lot. But it gives you confidence when they come in shaking your hand right away. It's almost like we're there to help you. And that's the attitude that came across with me. Once again their customer service was phenomenal. The knowledge of the products they were selling, using and when they explain what had to be done on my unit. They sat in the living room explained it to me and made you feel like family. So I got to say again George Henry has two great tecs hired waiting to come in and take care of your problem. I would recommend George Henry's plumbing and AC, and these two gentlemen that anyone, and everyone I know.

I called George Henry’s to have a new dishwasher installed and my dryer vent cleaned out. Jon R and his coworker (sorry did not get his name) came out on time and performed these tasks with the utmost care and professionalism which deserves special recognition! Now I can enjoy my new dishwasher and dryer!! With employees like these guys I will definitely call George Henry’s again for any job I need doing!

I hired George Henry's company to service my HVAC system. Rick was my technician, along with Andrew. They were experienced and I felt they provided an honest assessment. They were extremely thorough, explained what services they would be performing as well as the findings. I would highly recommend this company and specifically the two technicians.
