I evicted my tenant out of the house and took possession of the house. The tenant did not pay the bill for I'm sure over 2 years and it was never disconnected. I took possession of the house this month and today the water was turned off. I work 3 hours away and my two children came home to no water with the sitter. So, now I am scrambling to get them water in the house. I'm on the phone and have just been transferred and they are telling me there isn't anything that they can do and I need to contact collections company. I'm really irritated. They claimed they sent a notice, but being that I just came back from MD I have not received a notification or anything. How do you let someone not pay the bill for 2 years and then cut it off on a family with kids? I'm really irritated.

I called the Barstow office and got through with no problems. The person I talked to on the phone was very courteous. A representative from the water company was at my house within a half hour of the call and took care of my issue. Good customer service all around.

Been calling their office ALL day (at least 7 times) without being able to reach anyone. Calls either rang and simply hung up, I was asked to do surveys without getting any customer service, mailboxes were full. This is completely ridiculous.

they allowed someone (not the owner, or occupant) to take over service, and eventually cancel service. Leaving my wife and toddlers without water all day, while it was 90 degrees. Unaccecptable.
