Juan came out in time installed 2 electrical outlets in my home did a great job at a reasonable price. His work more than met my expectations. Plan on having him back for my other electrical needs. I highly recommend him. He is honest and personable.

I needed a 240 volt outlet installed in my garage recently. I contacted several businesses both on the phone and through Yelp. Juan with Ground Up Lighting was the first to respond both by message and by phone. He asked some details of the job and quoted me an excellent price for the service. He was able to come out that same weekend and he did an excellent job handling my request. He was courteous throughout, and the job was done quickly and efficiently yet thoroughly. The outlet was installed neatly and in a logical place with my other outlets. He took the time to show me the readings on the multimeter with the correct current after the install. He even asked me how I'd like the breaker labeled. I appreciate he didn't leave any kind of mess and was clearly a professional who knew what he was doing. I would gladly recommend Juan and his company for this type of work, and would definitely use him again.

I just used Ground Up Lighting today and it was a great experience. I called a number of electricians in Bakersfield this morning looking to help fix a flickering light as well as a few switches that kept shutting off randomly and crashing my computer. I spoke with Juan who answered on the first ring. He listened to my explanation and said he would be happy to take a look at it later this afternoon. I was shocked because most of the other businesses (If they even answered) were 1 - 2 weeks out for a service call. Juan text me when he was on the way, gave me a 30 minute timeframe and stuck to it. He was polite, professional and patient as I was trying to feed my 2 toddlers lunch as he was diagnosing the issue. He checked a few things inside and tightened a couple loose connections left by the previous electrician that worked on the house. He then went out to the electrical box on the side of the house (its 112 degreed today) spent about 15 minuets looking over the entire system and found the problem. He was able to get it fixed in only a few minuets after making sure everything else was functioning properly.

I'm so glad I called and decided to go with Ground Up Lighting, They got the job done extremely fast and for a great rate. I would recommend Juan to anyone looking to get an honest and fair price for a great quality job in a hurry.
