We called out Gundlach’s before the July 4th holiday to look at our AC unit. Outside of the commutation issues we had with this company their technician would open the door without knocking or ringing the door bell; he never asked if it was okay if he came in and out of the house. The technician for some reason had to use our water hose and didn’t put it back on top of all this he left all our gates open and wire clippings on our dog run.

If it wasn’t for the discount they provided us for the part delays we experienced I would have provided a lower rating.

At This place GUNDLACH’s came a beautiful knowledgable human being coming to our home wyth expertiseness and a goal tO fix the issue. And after the part delivers comes in, and then he will finish his profession. Keeping America warm in the winter tymes and cool in the summer tymes!!. I highly recommend Gundlach’s technician Willam F. He and I spent quite some time in my attic while he explained what needed to be replaced to prevent my heat pump from leaking. I really appreciated him sharing his knowledge.

I called on 4/12/24 after 3:30pm and Anthony G. was dispatched on 4/13 in the AM. He was on time, replaced seal on leaking toilet. He was very capable, courteous, and informative. I give him 5 stars!

on 4/15/24 Robert was dispatched for my scheduled work on cooler and heating unit that is under the "Gundlach's Comfort Club" service (worth every penny). He arrived on time, completed all work in a timely manner, very pleasant and courteous and made sure all work was completed satisfactorily. He gets 5 stars also!

I have used Gundlach's for many years and found them to be reliable, stand behind their work...very uncommon in this day and age.

Enjoyed the complementary service for a year.
Realized time passed by faster than I thought… just signed up for the service plan.
