PGE informed me that I had a gas leak (my side of the meter) and that the earthquake valve needed to be replaced. I called Henson plumbing and the job was complete within two hours of my call! Called several plumbing companies to see if they work on plumbing manifolds and most companies did not want to touch it and others were so expensive. Mike was knowledgeable and came out to give me a quote. I can tell he knew what he was taking about and had a crew out the next morning. They quickly replaced my manifold and had me back in operation. Henson plumbing is now my go to plumbing company. Great job Henson Plumbing!

We called and they immediately helped us figure out what was needed and at a price that did not break our budget. They arranged an appointment in a couple days. Their plumber arrived well within the service window, and got right to work. He was friendly and professional, and clearly/completely answered questions that I had with a smile and without stopping his work pace. The finished work was completed in a timely manner and looks great, and we are very happy with the result. Henson Plumbing was timely in their responses, on time during the service day, and no complications with the bill (what they said I would owe, is exactly what was on the invoice). Our kitchen faucet broke without warning in the evening forcing us to shut down our plumbing overnight for the entire house. Very pleased with entire experience. Charged $0 for appointment for estimate (other companies charge hourly rate for estimate). Appointment scheduled quickly. Arrived on time. Most important, two plumbers did the job efficiently for less than 1/2 the dollar quote I received from another local plumber ($720 vs. $1500). Will use again for any plumbing needs.

What a great experience. Not losing my hot water heater but hiring Henson plumbing to replace it. They answered the phone when we asked for a quote, they answered when we wanted to schedule, they were able to replace within 72 hrs, they showed up early and all were professional. They did a satisfactory job. Although I had already diagnosed the problem (bad seal at the tub overflow), I didn't want to risk an error in judgment and attempt the repair myself. He removed the overflow plate and the silicon seal the builders used but didn't want to risk reinstalling the original corroded screw so I had to purchase a replacement cover and screw and install it myself. As the cost for the service call was $134, a discount would have been appropriate since I diagnosed the problem and completed the repair AND conducted the final test.
