Worst service i recieved. My home insurance sent this company out and since the sink was not covered under normal wear and tear it was not covered. The tech put false information on my report.

My home warranty sent out Heros Plumbing to fix my kitchen faucet. The service tech was Jack. Who arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to explain what was causing the leak. I very rarely leave reviews. But this company is great. And have very competent service techs like Jack.

AHS sent this contractor out to repair a leaking upstairs bathtub. The guy came out, and did inspection, could not find a leak. Showed them where the water had damaged the drywall in the garage and asked them to open it up to further diagnosis the issue. He insisted decided not to and changed out the faucet cover and called it good. Two months later, same issue. Reported to AHS, paid the deductible, again Hero came out and did a diagnostic, this time the water leaked in to the upstairs hallway and downstairs in the garage. Causing more damage to the drywall. Told them to open the drywall to further inspect the problem area. They declined and changed the overflow gasket. Not even a month later, same issue. Called the contractor again, they came out diagnosed that the overflow plate screw was striped and rusted, didn’t have a new one so just put it back in with some silicone on the top of the plate and called it good. Now it leaking again two months later. I do not recommend the contractor for simple repairs. Obviously it to much for them to perform a quality repair the first time!

AHS sent out this company after a claim for leaking shower valve, ,leak under bathroom sink and non operational garbage disposal.

Jack came out and diagnosed the issue. Goes back into his truck without saying anything and comes back and says I had to make another ticket. Fine I say thinking I already paid my co-pay. Later that evening noticed that I had a past balance due in my AHS account. Well Jack tried to get me to pay the service fee twice. AHS rep. on the phone fixed this issue.

Jack starts on the leak in master bathroom. Claims it just needed a new p-trap. He comes out 5 minutes later and says done. Great I think. Wife comes out of the bathroom after washing her hands saying there is a leak. It is leaking heavily. He never checked his work but was eager to keep it moving. Zero professionalism. Mention this to him and he pretends as if he was caught red handed and goes mute trying to fix the problem with his old trusty 39.99 brushed ryobi recip saw.

Jack goes to install the shower valves - there could be no way that he wouldn’t do a good job here? Well they are leaking when on and are much harder to turn. His solution? It’s supposed to be like that cause it’s new and will get easier over time. Yea right buddy. Plumber that came out to remedy Jack’s work says no plumbers grease was used. They are smooth like butter and are not leaking anymore.

Garbage disposal was installed without leaks but was never hooked up into power because he is “not an electrician”.

Lesson learned - don’t go back to jack

American Home Shield sent this plumber for a leak in my bathroom. He showed up at a great time, well within the appointment window they gave me. He got the leak fixed quickly and was able to provide some advice on other minor issues we were having. Overall I had a very good experience with them.

Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing repairs and/or maintenance. The office staff was professional and pleasant. JR, the tech, was super knowledgeable and friendly. Very pleased with the work he did and how helpful he was when speaking with me. Excellent turnaround time and prices are better than most competitors. A+++++

My Warranty co., AHS, called this company, for me. On 3/16/22, JR came out to check on leak under my kitchen sink. He, went under the house, thru the crawl space. Said there is a leak and was damp. Said, I need to stop using kitchen faucet to allow ground to dry and hire someone to lay "plastic ", for them , or they would not do any of the work. Called my worthless home warranty company to inform them I would not be putting out anymore money after paying my, monthly premium and my $100 deductible.
So, if you have a leak under your house, know that these "Prissy Plumers", will not do the work unless you roll out the red carpet. I have never heard of such a thing. Still waiting on my leak to get fixed, since 3/16/22. Worthless plumbing company and warranty company.
