We had no Cold water had a local company come and say they didn’t know what the issue was and didn’t even wanna try to do anything, then Casey came to save the day! He was honest and trustworthy and tried everything to get the issue fixed and was able to do so! Thankyou so much hurt hitt plumbing for sending such a great technician your definitely our go to plumbing company now!

I have used Hitt a few times. I like that they are a local staple here in Apple Valley. They did a great job with my water heater install. I did have a bathtub/ shower faucet handle replaced, that didn’t go as smooth. There were many problems but the owner handled it very professionally which really was a great impression. 5 months later the shower water was only coming out hot. They sent out repairman Hutch and he replaced the cartridge under warranty. While he was there I asked him about another job, which wasn’t an easy fix. He assured me he could fix it, when I had other plumbers tell me they would have to break up my concrete to get to it. We scheduled the repair and I requested for Hutch my appointment had to be rescheduled because he was on another job that took longer than expected. My rescheduled appointment they tried sending a different repairman and I declined so I rescheduled again to wait for Hutch. I did have to cancel that last appointment because we had a medical emergency. I called back a month later to reschedule and the receptionist was so very rude telling me the part could cost me between 250-1k. I told her I had already been given a price for the part of around 350 without labor she tells me that price wasn’t even an option. She tells me you’re willing to pay 1k? All rude so I said yes but I would like to make sure Hutch is the repairman. She tells me he no longer works there even more rudely. So I tell her well I guess I don’t need your services then and she said ok and hung up. 3 stars because I’ve had some good experiences with a few guys there, but this lady really ruined it for me, I won’t be calling back.
I ended up calling Frankie’s Plumbing and paid $800 for parts and labor and got myself a new plumber.

Had a bad leak on my main waterline coming off of my water meter called hit plumbing this morning. I have used them before and they did an excellent job before they sent out two great workers fixed my water pipe very professional did an awesome job and I would give them a 10+ excellent job guys, and the price is always fair for the excellent job that they give you

First time customer and very happy with their service. I called them at 7am and Tom was here an hour later. He arrived earlier than what I was told but very happy they came early as I was concerned with the leak. Tom gave me a 20 minute heads up phone call. That was much appreciated.

Tom did a great job and was very thorough in explaining the situation and answered all my questions. I knew nothing about water heaters before today but thanks to Tom I have a better understanding and I truly appreciate his willingness to teach me a general knowledge of things. The water pressure regulator and TPR valve were replaced. The job was finished faster than expected and under the rough estimate.

I recommend Tom and Hitt Plumbing.

We set up an appointment. Explained in detail what needed to be addressed. Prior to the scheduled date we called and canceled a few repairs to be done.
The technician arrived and added a couple upgrades to the list of repairs without prior approval. The bill came and was surprised to see that the cost of the repair and un-authorized repairs was around the original estimate.
We tried to obtain an itemized list of repairs and have yet to receive one.
We will not use this company again.
I do not recommend this company.

Plumber (Sal) came to my home on time (called ahead) and was very straight forward about my plumbing issue. Work was completed sooner than expected. Got the job done fast with no mess at all. Reasonable pricing. I'm very satisfied. Will definitely use them again.
