Hot City auto was who we called when we got into a wreck.
The car was totalled so there was no repair done but just based off the communication, customer service and knowledge that Stefano had whilst handling our job tells me that this is where I’d be bringing my vehicles in the future.
They were prompt, efficient and hands on throughout the process and assisted with the insurance to make sure our experience was seamless.

Cannot recommend them enough.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. The new owners know nothing. Took my truck in to have a simple oil senor switch replaced. First, anyone who even would google the problem would know that the truck needs to be hot. Next, the pressure of the oil does not change if the switch is bad. So for the shop to quote not be able to make the dash to start dinging, the oil pressure gage to crazy up and down. You clearly are not good mechanics. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE.

It is simply amazing that you say you could not duplicate the problem. As soon as I across the street at the HEB, the truck check gages light comes on, the dash starts dinging, and the oil pressure gage is going up and down. Yet according to you there is no problem. Someone did not drive the truck so there is no way I should of been charged.

Went in yesterday to have an X pipe removed from magnaflow street series catback and have the mid muffler it came with reinstalled… the tech felt necessary to TRY and explain there will be no difference in sound… which clearly if you know anything about exhaust you know an x pipe is as close to straight piping a car as you can get without straight piping the car lol. Even though your tech was completely wrong maybe you should encourage them to keep their opinions to themselves… ESPECIALLY when they have no idea what they are talking about.. JUST WELD IT DUDE.

When my car broke down, they handled it quick and easy. They didnt charge me for a thing, despite doing an inspection, because the car's issue seemingly solved itself. They could have scammed me, said they fixed it or whatever, but let me go and made sure it drove off safely.
