Super friendly, small town charm, they even let us bring our wiener dog in. We camping needing a camping hose, which they were out of, and we're very apologetic about it not being in stock and help us Jerry rig something up.

So the one in Burney…. I’ll just say that the main guy in there isn’t very friendly at all. He is kind of short with me. And I spend money in there. Just because I’m a woman, doesn’t mean I don’t know anything about hardware and things that some people only think men are good at. Everyone else there is very friendly.

Excellent customer service with greeted and helped Right away with the build list I had They included some special order items this is not your typical ace they can get a lot of different things after everything was done and I placed an order on some items I ended up getting my products faster than expected! and even the owner help me out with Getting some of the items at the store ! And speical ordering others!! Definitely would recommend anyone looking for anything Whether a DIY'er or someone in the trades .. stop by and check it out!!!!

Lots of unusual, hard to find hardware options as well as the standards. They have a paint section too. Easy to see from Hwy 299E. Plenty if parking, either on the street in front or in the little lit behind the store. No nursery, but they have gardening supplies. They also make keys.
