We took our 2004 truck in for body work due to an accident. The staff was more than kind and professional. Today we was out and about in town and had 2 separate people compliment our Truck. One young man wanted to know if it was kept in a garage or indoor storage because the paint was so pristine. Thank you Howard’s. Will recommend you anytime. Ronald

If you have body damage to your car you will be very impressed with the outcome of the work they do here. My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor as if it was brand new even though my car is 10 years old, it looks like it did they day I bought it brand new.

Took them over a month to do an estimate on my car, and then took them another 2 months before they could tell me my car was totaled. They also dodged phone calls the entire time, and never called me back when they said they would. It was almost impossible to get in contact with them, and when I did get through to the receptionist she seemed confused and always told me she would call back- which she didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend unless you like waiting months for nothing to happen.

Had my car painted and damage repaired on left side, took over a month the first time. Got it back with clouds all over the car from polishing and runs on the hood from the paint job they did. Took it back the second time because they had to re shoot the hood and polish again. When i got it back it had a bubble on the hood. Then I take it back to get decals put on and the next day they are peeling off along with one that got riped so they over layed it. I do not recommend them in anyway shape or form to anyone. They will also say they will call you back over and over again with no updates. I will have the work done elsewhere and never go back. Everyone I know from here to Brookings OR will know as well.

My problem was. It took over a month to do an. Estimate on my vehicle. I never got a call back. I had to keep calling every time I called. They said they'll call me back. They never called me back. I had to go down there multiple times to find out what was going on it was a failure in communication. That's why I give it a 2 stars. Bought my previous vehicles. I had no issues with the speedy service and good work.

This is a review of their price quote, not work done. I brought in a Ford box van that had peeling paint from the cab forward. No body repairs were needed, no blending in, just sand off the old paint, prep, prime, and respray. Less than a gallon of paint required. I was quoted $3,000. That's more than twice what other shops quoted me. Not affordable, IMO.

Car got a window smashed while camping in the redwoods. They couldn't get the parts before we were scheduled to leave town the next day. They did a quick plastic wrap over the window free of charge.

Definitely not a permanent fix, but a huge upgrade over anything we could have done ourselves. Staff was as helpful as possible
