Very disappointed with our experience. We ordered a custom door frame for our house project. The person who helped us (which I will not name) was kind but lacked communication, professionalism, customer service, and transparency. He was very slow in responding to any of our follow-up calls and emails and in ordering the door frame, which was eventually delivered about a month later than what we originally expected. When my wife went to pick up the door frame, he ended up charging $290 instead of the originally quoted $100. I understand that a quote is a mere estimate, but a final price 3x the quoted amount without any notice is unheard of. To make things worse, when we started to work on the door frame, we realized that the product was faulty with wrong hinge placements and wrong jamb lengths. When I gave him a call, he said that he'll talk to his manager to see what he can do but haven't heard from him since. Followed up a couple times but heard nothing. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because he was at least kind. Seeing all the positive reviews makes me wonder if we were just unfortunately assigned with an irresponsible employee. I'm just hoping that our poor experience isn't reflective of the whole store and that it was a fluke that no customer will ever have to go through.

They have the stock but more importantly, they have the customer service!! Mike was very helpful and personable. He turned my 3-trip plumbing job into a 1-trip plumbing job! You have to stop here for all of your building needs?
