After I ordered a set of locks for 700 dollars that I paid in cash, the order arrived with only the cover! Without any lock or key, I wait over a month for my payment to be returned and a girl named Jasmin every time lies to me and promises that the money will be returned but nothing happens and they don't call me, I need to call them every time, I am rejected again. This place lacks quality, not recommended!!!

I needed a Cal Royal one sided lever trim to work with a rim panic. They had 28 in stock. We had to sign up as a registered customer, then it was no problem.

We made an order from IML for 30 car lock cylinders we needed. They shipped 18 instead of the 30 I paid for!
Pita the account rep suggested that I was lying about it, gave me some excuse that they checked the cameras and that's it! Never answer my emails again!
We have strong locksmith accounts with all lock suppliers for 13+ years, I don't need to lie for $100 worth of locks!
IML can keep the money i don't care but you will never have our business again.

Don't even step foot in their lobby unless you want to be treated condescendingly. I was referred to them by someone that manufacters products they sell. Because I wasn't a large account they didn't want to give me the time of day or lift a finger, let alone spend a brain cell to help in any way whatsoever. If I wasn't their "customer" they could have at least suggested one of the contractors they work with and created a win win situation for everyone but they couldn't care less as they seemingly were counting the minutes to closing time. Please give your business to someone that employs people who care about the brand they are representing.
