I hate to be the only one who gives a bad rating but here's my story. I called back in September or August because I had a circuit in my house go out. (Master bedroom and bathroom) the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone told me he new exactly what the problem would be and recommended I switch all of the gfci switches and the power would come back. I took his word for it and went through every single gfci outlet in my home. Nothing worked. I waited weeks because I figured it was a simple fix (that's what the gentlemen on the phone said) I still could not get it fixed. I finally called them again and they sent an electrician over. Now credit where credit is due, the electrician was very polite and respectful of my home. And he did eventually fix the problem. According to what he told me, I had a single bad outlet in the bedroom that needed replaced. He also replaced one in my hallway though it's wasn't connected to the circuit that wasn't working.
My issue is that it took him 9 hours and 100+ dollars an hour. Maybe I'm ignorant. I'm not an electrician after all. But I'm now stuck with just shy of 1000 dollar bill at Xmas time because he took so long. For me to pay that much right now when I have 7 people in my household is too much. I am forced to delay my payment because it so darn high. And I get it. Profesional charge higher rates. All I'm saying is if you are pinching pennies but you have to get something fixed in your home, do yourself a favor and go with the cheaper guys because if integrity sends a guy and it takes more than an 8 hour shift, say goodbye to your entire paycheck.
Thank you for fixing my issue and I don't want my review to offend anyone personally. They were kind and know what they are talking about but they are STEEP

Had power run out to a new garage. They listened to what my needs were and made suggestions to improve the outcome. They were timely, neat at the job site, and were very polite all around. Very reasonably priced too! Will use them again for future projects.

Saved Easter! Called late in the week to have a Generator switch install. They were out Tuesday morning and had me working in no time. The next Saturday night the power went out for 20 hours but our house had full generator power. Easter Sunday, the whole family came over and enjoyed a huge Easter Dinner on generator power!
