We had a carbon monoxide alarm go off early in the morning, so we called 911 and the fire department made their way over quick. After their assessment, they determined we must have a problem with our old furnace or water heater so they shut everything down. This left me scrambling to find someone that can come day of to assess both appliances to see what the problem was.

JC Heating was one of the first to respond and said they could have a tech come in the afternoon. Once they arrived, they got straight to work and found the culprit within minutes; an old connector and pipe. They promptly replaced it and checked the water heater (no issues) and got everything back up and running within 45 minutes. They even found a bad condensation pipe and replaced that too.

These guys were courteous, fast, and effective! If you have an HVAC or Water Heater emergency, give these guys a call right away!!!

Jose and his team were super quick and efficient. They installed our AC furnace unit within a day and answered all our questions thoroughly. They helped set up our thermostat and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I would highly recommend JC Heating and Air. Thank you guys!!

If you’re having problems with your air conditioner, I suggest that you call JC Heating and Air Conditioning in Benicia. When our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a terrible heat wave, I contacted JC Heating and Air Conditioning to diagnose and fix the problem. Jose, the owner, and Sebastian, a technician, came out the very next morning, even though it was the Fourth of July. They inspected the unit and found that the compressor wasn’t working due to a faulty capacitor. They had the part readily available, installed a new capacitor, and ran and tested the system in cool mode to make sure that all operations were normal.
I found the team at JC Heating and Air Conditioning to be highly competent, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Their prices seem reasonable and fair. I recommend this business without reservation.
