TEN STARS - As part of my home insurance the company required that I have a water monitoring system (leak detector) installed. I purchased the unit ( Moen Flow) with the intent of installing it myself. I soon realized that since it was outside the front door aesthetics and function were both important.

By pure chance we had called JCH regarding some parts we needed over a weekend for a project at a friend's vineyard / ranch nearby. They went to an extraordinary effort to find the small part we needed. It was also apparent that they were both knowledgable and competent.

A couple days ago the JCH crew arrived exactly on schedule and attacked the problem. There were some functional items I needed added to the typical installation which they not only accommodated, but improved upon my concept. In retrospect I should have just described the desired outcome.

The workmanship was simply awesome even though it would be covered with protective insulation. No boombox playing loud music, just a team of 3 hard at work. Their functional suggestions and execution of the work was awesome.

They also made quick work of setting up the Moen device on my phone and trained me on its use. When they left the workplace was spotless.

I spent much of my career in development including thousands of hours on construction sites. On a scale of 1-10 this ranked as a 15, far in excess of expectations. As a favor to my friends I have already recommended that they have JCH at the top of their list.

They are an awesome resource.

Javier, Ismael, Carlos and the rest of the team went above and beyond for us this week. A small project unearthed some much larger concerns but Javier and his team stayed cool and completed the project and helped me to create a plan for future tasks down the road. They insisted that we triple check everything before they left to be sure everything was buttoned up and correct. I am so happy to have found a great plumber to use in the future.

Javier and his team replaced 2 faucets for me. They did a fine job, and were very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

Update: they just replaced the fixtures in my master bathroom shower, and everything looks and works great. Good work!
