I brought my BMW to Jefferis to get the rear bumper repainted, after getting rear-ended with minimal damage. Tom was very knowledgeable and professional and gave me the best out of several quotes. They were able to get to my job quickly, within a week or so. Tom was really great at communication throughout the process - he sent me photos of my car in-progress, and helped me resolve and old issue with the left tail light that was a surprise from old damage. The bumper came out great - a perfect color match - and I got my car back in just a few days. If I need body work done again, I’ll be back!

This auto body shop is an excellent place of business! Of the three times I've needed body work done on my vehicle, I've taken it here twice and regret not bringing it in the third time. This business is family owned and operated and everyone from Tom to Lea and Felicia treated me with the utmost kindness. I'm picky about my cars. I had small dent on the hood near the headline on the drivers side and wanted it fixed. The paint was cracked so it would require a full hood paint job to match. I came to Tom for an estimate because of other reviews. Well this guy's long years of experience certainly made me a happy car owner again. They were able to give me a ride back to my place after I dropped off my car. And the work? Impeccable! Perfection. Looks brand new. Matches perfectly.
