JLM did a great job prepping and painting our home. We have an early 1980s cedar shingle home that had not been kept in good repair. JLM was incredibly thoughtful in the preparation and detailed work as well as in their recommendations to bring the wood back to life. They were also able to recommend good carpenters to help with quick repairs. We love how it turned out!

Well my HOA really went down the toilet this time. Apparently they are too broke to hire professional companies anymore so they hired this quack company to paint our condos and oh my goodness it was the worst I don't know, two months (and I think they're still here) of my life. Trying to get a hold of the project manager or owner or whatever he is, Javier was like trying to get a hold of Jesus himself it was just not doable. And the worst part is when I thought they were done I put the lock back on my gate out of pure safety but that Monday they did come back and instead of knocking on my door they actually jumped my fence breaking the top pieces I guess trying to throw all of the scaffolding and ladders and buckets of paint and themselves over the top of the fence (I'm not joking kids, I have a blink camera out there and saw the whole ugly scene). If I had been the one hiring them I would have kicked my own behind but you know I am so used to my HOA being I guess a thumbs down 100% that it just didn't phase me at all well it did but everyday I think is it going to get any worse and it does. Thank you really to my HOA, and I'm being facetious. Four thumbs down.
By the way the last photo is just to show that they didn't even bother taking nails out of the siding before they painted they just painted right over it didn't fill a thing didn't do anything I could have taken a spray can out there and then it myself for half the price.

JLM Painting just spent 6 days prepping and painting the public living space in my home. Although much of the work was straight-forward walls, trim and doors, I had them paint the cherry cabinets in my kitchen. This was a big undertaking, requiring a lot of preparation and offsite work. I also had new front doors and sliders that needed painting, including exterior trim. So, the JLM crew had to track at least 9 colors and finishes. I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism of the crew, led by Wilbur. They were meticulous in the detail work; they were efficient; and they were all business. Jeremey, the owner, gave me excellent advice about paint and color choices. He walked the team through the whole project, ensuring that they understood every detail. He and Wilbur were always available to answer my questions. JLM came to me with a reputation for having a great team. That proved true. I am very impressed with both the process and the outcome. I wouldn't change anything, and I would use JLM again in a heartbeat.

They were a pleasure to work with and took every request with thoughtfulness and suggested other remedies if necessary. We have a 3 story house and they were able to do the job safely without scaffolding. However, they did take safety very seriously. We sincerely would recommend them to anybody.
