When our tow bar locking key was stuck on our tow vehicle I called Randall & he was headed right out in just a few minutes! Fortunately we got it unlocked before he arrived! I was so pleased that he responded immediately to help us! We would’ve been stuck not being able to move our rv from the front of the Flagstaff KOA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND his service & support! 5 STARS!

While visiting Flagstaff area, I was in need of a locksmith. Called kachina locksmith, and Randall (owner) was there within 10 minutes. He helped me with my vehicle locks and was able to provide me with an extra set of keys for emergency. Would recommend this company to anyone in need.

This guy is amazing and arrived within 30 minutes on a late Friday night and got our lockout done within 5 minutes. My husband and I called around and other companies were either closed or stated they were 24 hrs but he was the ONLY one who meant it! He’s a reliable and friendly person, couldn’t be any happier with his service and professionalism!

We never thought we will lock our car keys in our vehicle or misplaced it, many thoughts ran through our minds, thinking where it is, back tracking. We just took the family swimming at flagstaff Aquaplex, It was late 9pm, everything was about to close, family got cold and worried. I called family members to assist or at least pick our kids to be warm. While I was looking for the keys and calling, my girlfriend reach out multiple lock service but no answers until we got hold of Randell (owner) asked for his service to unlock our vehicle, he quickly came over, unlock our vehicle in one min. We looked for our keys inside the vehicle, no luck! But Randell quickly respond with the word I can make keys for you. So he went out of his way and time to work through the night, to morning to work on our vehicle. So very thankful for his services, quick response, understanding, reinsurance, made sure we left back home with our vehicle. Thank you kachina locksmith and Randell for service.
