I have been using Kenai Comfort Plumbing & Heating for many years now. They are absolute professionals in every way. Very polite and professional on the phone (Gwen is amazing), and incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in the field (Derek, Kaleb and the whole crew are just ON IT from start to finish). Highly recommended for all your plumbing, heating, and even water softener / purification needs. From simple requests to major projects, they have always been wonderful and solved all my problems. I really respect this company and feel grateful that I have someone I can trust to do the jobs that are most important.

Kenai Comfort Plumbing & Heating is hands down the best on the Peninsula! Our water heater died on a Wednesday and we had company flying in to stay that Sunday. They squeezed us in their schedule on Friday and got the job done quickly. They are extremely professional & Gwynn in the office went above and beyond to answer all my many questions with total patience and kindness! She is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about everyone I worked with from this business, it was all around a great experience from start to finish! I highly recommend you contact them for your all plumbing needs. You won’t be disappointed!

I got to say all the humans that work at Kenai, comfort plumbing and heating are absolutely phenomenal. We were in an emergency situation, because We have a child with autism, and she
needs water on a daily basis to fulfill her sensory needs, and I explained this to Gwynn, and she got somebody out to us right away to help fix our water problem. They were efficient, their prices were fair, and they absolutely 100% cared that our family had water. The following day we ended up with no water again and I called Gwen and it happened to be Easter weekend and they still sent somebody out on Saturday to make sure that they helped us and it was that our filter was clogged because they fixed the holding tank from the well , and then our water was up and working. we have had amazing water pressure and everything is worked fabulously since!! Totally a five star review from us, and if you have any plumbing or heating needs, these are the people to go to because they follow through doing an amazing job and do it in a caring way!!!!

Kenai Comfort has the best customer service! They have showed up for jobs within a couple of days, if not the same day that you call. They are easy to work with, and go above and beyond for their customers. We’ve had our water heater serviced and ended up needing replacing. They came and stayed most of the evening just to make sure it was working properly. We’ve also had some flooding in one of our utility rooms, and they came and handled it quickly. We’ve also used them at some of our Airbnb’s. They’re reliable and I would 100% give them out business again!

Best plumbing company on the Kenai. They have performed multiple jobs for us over the past few years. The staff is always courteous, thorough and clean (drop cloths, booties, etc). The work is impeccable and the price is fair. Gwynn, Rob, Richard and the rest, are all great to work with. And unlike many companies on the Kenai, they will always call back if you leave a message.

When my pipes suddenly had issues, I reached out to several companies and KCPH was the only one who got back to me the same day. Gwen was such a pleasure to work with and connected me to Kaleb. Kaleb was very professional and explained all his findings. When my heat went out, I texted them again and Rob was at my house hours later. This company is community-oriented and I appreciate them for all they have done for me!

Was out of town, power went out, and the house froze up.
Came home to an emergency and these guys were there when other local companies wouldn't return my call.
They were thorough and followed through until the job was completed.
Very professional and I would certainly recommend them to others as a local Alaskan.
