Totally ghosted me! Talked to Martin about making some truck keys for me. He wasn't at his shop at the moment but said he would be in about 30 minutes. He gave me an address to rainbow road. I went to the bank for cash in case he dont take card and got to his shop right on time where i waited for just over 1 hour. I texted him to see if i was in right place and didn't get nothing back for another 30 minutes. He did end up texting me that I was in the right place but no eta or nothing but i had already left and was driving when i got the text and I pulled over at casey store and told him I left but i was willing to go back and I waited at caseys for another 20 minutes for a response but I never heard from him again. I get it life gets busy but my time is valuable too and I wasted over 2 hours of my day. If you can't make a meeting for some reason let your customer know.

Hey this guy was absolutely awesome. I called him on Saturday and he did at 10 minute made a key of my car and give me a key in less than an hour and he made me a key for less than $100. I would recommend him highly very professional nice dude I will call him again and again and again five stars.

I locked my keys in my 2017 Elantra, so I called him and he was over in 15 mins (I live in Cabot) and unlocked my in less than 3 mins. Very quick, easy and professional. The pricing was insanely reasonable as well, I will be using this guy again and recommend him.

Fantastic experience! Polite, professional, expedient, competent, & yet humble & courteous enough to take the time to research & give recommendations to another company if it is something he does not do. Martin will be the only locksmith we call. First day I spoke with him he had us all squared away (same day) on an automotive key job that several other companies flat out told me they can't do or quoted me MUCH more than I expected. He showed up & completed the work in minutes...interesting how true professionals make things look so easy. He is a professional & takes true pride in his work, it shows if you have used his services. I am personally a bit rankled over some of the reviews I saw here as they did not at all sound like they worked with him, or perhaps they did not take a moment to realize a locksmith is a locksmith...makes me wonder if some people call an automotive paint company then are upset when the paint specialist won't fix their transmission. I highly recommend Martin as your first call if you need the services of a locksmith b/c he will be the only call you need to make or if it turns out your problem isn't a locksmith problem he's nice enough to non-judgmentally give you recommendations for help if he can. That is top notch customer service b/c he could spend that time on a paying job instead of providing free advice or recommendations as a courtesy. Wordy review but I felt it needed to be said as there are several reviews that do not sound fair or accurate. I advise reading those with a grain of salt & notice his polite & professional responses to the negative reviews. Then ask yourself if you could respond as professionally...I'm not sure I could or would! So I will advise anyone who asks: do yourself a favor & give him a shout first as I bet you won't regret it.
