I cannot recommend Kline enough. Brandon took ownership of of my sewer blockage and advocated for me until it was fixed. Eric, Elijah, and Mike were also involved and all were responsive and professional. The city dropped the ball and without their help, I don't know where I would be.

Terrible company. They came out and quoted over $13k for “fixes.” Had 2 other companies come out for second opinions and found that Kline is a bunch of scamming idiots just trying to rip off young home owners. The sewer line was in fine condition and AT most just needed a cleaning.

Do not use this company by any means.

I called kline on a Wednesday and they told me that they couldn't come until Monday 9am-11am. Monday at 11am came and no one called or came. I called them and got an answering machine, which happened every time that I called. This is the only problem I found with this company. They said the wires got crossed somewhere. They need someone to take calls and schedule appointments, then I would definitely give them 5 stars! The man came out to see the problem that I had with Mr. Rooter. He found the problem and so far have fixed it. $175. Mr. Rooter wanted to tear up my bathroom floor and charge me $3,950. plus I would have to recover my floor. ( put on new linoleum). I will never call Mr. Rooter again but kline will be my go to from now on if all stays good.

Kline came out about a month ago because our main drain was backing up and they said they did not see any blockage and that the PVC pipe was sagging causing the issue. We got the sagging issue fixed. This fixed it for a short time.
Having the same issue now so we had another company come out and they found roots growing through the pipe causing the problem.

Called on a holiday weekend and left a message. Brandon called us back within 15 minutes and then showed up at our house 15 minutes later. Extremely professional and polite. Explained everything that was going on in our line and jetted it out. Worked until it was cleared. Gave us information about our line. We know who to call next time we need a plumber!!

Had a clogged sewer line that needed cleared, and after Roto Rooter gave up after 20 minutes speculating that I had a disconnected pipe instead of a blockage, I called 10 different plumbing companies in the QC. A few recommended I call Kline, and they got a guy out the next morning. Took the guy 2 hours to clear out the entire line. Turns out we just had an especially tough knot of roots, and once he ran a few different attachments the entire line flushed out. Grateful that they were able to fix the issue and not give up.

To echo a few others, there was a little bit of a mess to clean, but to be quite honest the initial area was already a bit messy due to the backup anyway, so it's not a big deal to clean up. I'm very happy to recommend Kline over other companies. Bossman claimed that they were able to clear lines that other companies give up on, and he was 100% correct in this instance.

Quick response. Our drains were plugged, terribly. Kline came out immediately. Fully prepared! What we thought would be an hour job turned into 3 1/2hrs. The man they sent out stuck with it til it was completed. I’d had another company out 3mos prior and the problems persisted. Obviously not as knowledgeable as Kline. I’m so pleased this isn’t something I’ll need to worry about anytime soon! My only complaint was the egregious mess that was left. Sewer water all over my floors and sprayed on walls and clean folded clothing, sprayed all over my washer and dryer. Mud and who knows what else strewn in and out of my house to the basement. I would definitely call them again should the need arise. Though, I’d be more prepared for the visit. I wish he’d have asked that the shelf housing the clean clothes be moved…

I've used this company before and they did a great job but when they fixed my pipe this time they left raw sewage all over my walls and floor and left. I'm also 31 weeks pregnant and couldn't clean it up myself. So I unfortunately can't recommend them.
