We have used Krall Plumbing regularly for over 3 years. We had a new water heater installed and all new shut off valves installed in our house. They were on time, friendly, and did great quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend!

EDIT: It has been 3 years and all work done has been great. The pilot light failed on the water heater and they came back right away to fix, free of charge, because it was under warranty.

I hired Krall Plumbing to work on my rental property that was leaking water from the ceiling in the basement. The plumber removed the toilet to see if it was leaking and replaced it. In the process the plumber cracked multiple tiles. Krall Plumbing refuses to take responsibility and take accountability for damages they caused. I would go elsewhere for plumbing work because they are not an honest business.
