I purchased a vehicle from KW Auto Center after seeing it posted on Facebook Marketplace. Initially, the car appeared to be in good condition with no check engine light, so I was optimistic about my purchase. However, just under two weeks later, the passenger front window stopped rolling up. The owner asked me to bring the car in for repair, which I did the following Monday.

I spent most of the day at the shop, which I didn’t mind as they only have one mechanic. However, when I got the car back, I noticed a scratch on the tint of the repaired window. I planned to contact the shop about it the next day, but the situation quickly got worse.

The following day, while running errands, the car started making loud, alarming noises and suddenly stopped accelerating. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since I had just brought it in for a window repair. I messaged the owner immediately, explaining the situation and providing a recording of the engine noises, but I received no response.

I paid $4,500 for this car, which felt like a blessing at the time, as I had lost my previous vehicle in a car accident earlier this year. I saved for months to be able to afford this purchase, only to now be told that the engine is no good and needs to be replaced. I can’t afford a new engine; Honestly, I don’t know what I’m going to . I am heartbroken and regret ever buying this vehicle. The lack of communication and follow-up from KW Auto Center has made this experience even more distressing.

I would strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

My mom had been raving about this place because she gets her cars serviced here. She brought me here to get a Toyota Camry and I absolutely love it.
