ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE do not recommend. I got locked out of an apartment that I'm subletting and just wanted to be able to open the front door and get a replacement key. They couldn't get in through the front door and we ended up picking the lock on the backdoor, and then when trying to open the front he left my front door completely unusable (the door was stuck and then he took off the whole handle and left it on the floor because he "had to go to another job") and then refused to come back to fix it without charging me more money. Also sent vaguely threatening texts, and management wasn't helpful either, and wouldn't give me any cost estimates until they got there and wouldn't leave until I paid even though they left the door broken and I felt unsafe refusing as a female alone in the house. Absolutely rancid vibes

Shaen did an absolutely great job. He is very professional, has a great positive attitude and clearly is an expert in what he does and enjoys it. LA Best Locksmith was extremely quick in responding to my initial call. We had someone out here within five minutes to change 4 deadbolts and 3 locks that we needed changed in a HURRY. Our technician, Tom, was extremely polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was done within an hour. Fantastic kid.

There was a huge misunderstanding regarding billing, but the owner, Ron, was quick to call and resolve the issue in a fantastic manner. He alleviated any and all issues I had and was both patient in his listening and kind in his replies.

I would absolutely recommend to friends and family.
