Really bad experience David helped me out told me he would be here at 12 pm didn’t arrive until 3pm all I needed was to make a an extra spare key copy for a 2000 GMC sierra but he ended breaking my upper and lower steering wheel cover shroud for no reason which he ended up charging 250 dollars for the service I tried to contact them again to see if they were going to fix what they broke but they don’t answer but they do want to charge an expensive service I would recommend you guys to save your money and time by going with a different service they just make the situation even worse.

Very unprofessional and borderline scam! They quoted me $60 over the phone to open a front door lock but the price jumped to $190 once the technician was here. He also added a 10% credit card fee that he was willing to waive for a 5-star google review.

Contacted the company after this horrible experience and before writing this review but haven’t heard back from them.

Mike did a great job fixing my stores locks and quickly too. He arrived quickly, regardless of how late it was, and fixed the lock in less than 30 minutes! Thank you Mike!

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. I called in to have my new house re-keyed. I was in the house while the technician was working, asked for two additional services to be done, and ended up with a laundry list of services on the receipt that were not brought to my attention. I feel absolutely scammed that a simple re-keying of my house cost upwards of $1,000. Then to add insult to injury, the amount charged to my card was EVEN HIGHER than the amount written on the receipt for services rendered. I’m absolutely disgusted with this company and their practices are criminal.

Too shady, when I asked how much would be cost to open a door they told me 45$ but when the technitian arrived he said $155, because the price they gave me is the "starting price". It is NO fair when you just want to get in to your house and no fair when they are not clear or don't have a way to tell you exactly how much they charge...
And reading other reviews I can see they know perfectly what to say when you call and ask for the service, what the technitian will tell you at your house and what they will tell you when you call back, it is their modus operandi.

I had a phenomenal experience with this business when they installed new locks in our newly constructed house last month. The quality of the work was just topnotch and I paid exactly what I was quoted. They will always be my first call whenever I need a locksmith.

I made the mistake many of us make and locked myself out of my unit. I called these guys and they were out in 30 minutes. Offered me a fair price and all was good again.
