I moved to a new house and needed advice on locks and cameras. I made an appointment with Nick and he came within just a few days. He helped me replace all exterior locks and helped me place several security cameras inside and outside my home. I now feel very safe and secure. I also had a floor safe that I didn’t know how to get into. He was able to explain how and to open it within minutes. Nick’s knowledge and passion for what he does is seen in how professional the job is done and how he treats his customers.
I saw one review where a guy complained that he called and asked for help and Nick couldn’t get to him right away. This really hit me the wrong way which is why I want to comment on it. He basically said they lied about the distance they were from him. When calling for help from this company, we need to remember that these guys don’t sit in the office all day. Just because we can see where the office is located on the map, it doesn’t mean that is the distance and time they will be from us when we call. They work out of town too. I know this because I live in Sherwood and they were happy to help me when I needed it.
