Our experience with plumbers in our area was less than satisfactory. We were met with some amazingly unreasonable pricing. One quoted $500 for a clogged toilet, and another wanted $450 just to replace a provided toilet! To top it off, none of the companies were willing to provide pricing over the phone and charged us just for the privilege of driving to our home to price gouge us.

But when we called Brian, he not only did he offer transparent pricing upfront, but he also managed to schedule us within just a couple of days. That level of promptness was fantastic. Some plumbers we called couldn't commit to a visit within a week.

He was patient with the flooring installer who turned out to be a nightmare but Brian worked around his schedule with several trips and was so nice even though a lot of his time was wasted due to the flooring guys shortcomings. Called Brian about an estimate, he was having dinner near bye. Said he could come right over, I explained to him it was not a rush we had a temporary fix. He said it was know problem. He came "right over"! Gave me the same estimate the other company did that was a know show no call for the original appointment, I had to text about a reschedule for the next day and they did show up then.., However I was not impressed. So I gave Brian the job. He schedule my job for Thursday, between 10 and 12, showed up has scheduled did the job as planned. Picked up my check as scheduled and my new water heater makes the world of difference in my house. Could not be any happier with the water heater, quality of service or professionalism we received. I called Lynlee Plumbing on Saturday evening for a plumbing emergency and the owner was so kind and responsive to my situation. My heat is out at my home and I called Lynlee to ask about how to make sure my hot water heater didn’t freeze. He very patiently walked me through how to drain my water heater and safely shut off the gas to it.
