Major Plumbing (Jason, Luke, Henry, Robert, and Conner) just did an entire house repipe for us in Quartz Hill, CA this week. Jason's communication skills through the whole process were top tier customer service. He was available to us by phone and text through the whole process. He answered all of my questions and several times explained things that I didn't even think of. Text messages and emails are sent out to the customer as reminders throughout the job. The Major Plumbing team were knowledgeable, conscientious, and polite throughout the whole process. My house is my pride and joy and they were respectful, considerate, and careful. The best materials and craftsmanship were utilized during the repipe. They cleaned up after themselves daily. Having a house repiped is one of the scariest, most expensive, and stressful situations one can go through as a home owner. Major Plumbing made the whole thing an absolute breeze. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs I might have in the future.

Very professional and polite Robert was the plumber that came to do the repair work. He really knew what he was doing, it was a pleasure doing business with them from Jason, whom I made the appointment with on the phone, and Robert who did the repair. I was very satisfied, and highly recommend them.

I’m not one to feel like I’ve jumped to conclusions, but in this case I can admit that I did. We had a bit of a miscommunication with Major Plumbing and I assumed it was intentional. Looking back, making that assumption was a mistake, but I jumped to conclusions and was upset, so as many people do these days I wrote a review about it. Within hours the owner saw my review and personally reached out to me and went above and beyond, to help remedy situation and then some. It’s not often you see a company going above and beyond to fix a situation where they weren’t in the wrong, it was truly just a miscommunication. I can’t say if they’d ever take us as clients again, I wouldn’t blame them if they wouldn’t, but if they would I would very happily use them again and will definitely be recommending them to people in the future. They were punctual, they did good clean work; the plumber they sent out was very polite and friendly and it was honestly a great experience. Then when I hate to call myself this, became a “Karen” they were still extremely polite and genuinely wanted to do whatever it took to make us happy customers. They never said they’d go above and beyond if I took down or edited the review, they were never rude, they made zero threats, they literally just reached out to do whatever it took to make us happy customers. It says a lot about a company when they’re that nice to someone that just went “Karen” on their company. The biggest mistake that was made was by me, for not reaching out to them directly prior to writing the review. Had I known they were a as genuinely good hearted, honest and accommodating as they turned out to be they would have received a five star review from the start.

We have had this company out a couple times to do lpg work and replace all the faucets in our house. Luke and Robert were both on time and did quality work at a good pace, they did not rush but did not stand around either. They have our business!

Major Plumbing once again saved the day! The wife and I have used Major Plumbing a few times for over 15 years when the owner Jason was a one man show. Today we reported a backed up drain system and Major Plumbing responded with 2 plumbers. They completely fixed the issue in the lines. The communication was excellent with no gimmicks or suggestions, just straight and to the point good work. The workers showed up with well equipped vans. The workers Dustin and Henry were beyond professional and friendly with great work ethic. They didn't leave a mess and cleaned up their work areas. We will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Called last minute in the middle of the day on a Friday and they had a guy there in just over an hour. Tech was well mannered and courteous and got right to work and had the job completed in no time. Would definitely use again in the future and I highly recommend them.
