I called a week ago to see if Masco & Sons carried a high limit switch, but had no stock for what I needed. The nice and very polite lady told me she had a use one for no cost. My furnace is up and running, thanks to Masco & Sons. Very family oriented and A+ company willing to help.

My family and I recently moved into a new house where we discovered that the thermostat that controlled the central heating and cooling was not functional. Masco & Sons deployed one of their technicians to take a look at it. Scheduling of our appointment was quick, all of our questions were answered, and the work was done in a timely and efficient manner. The thermostat was replaced with a different model, where the model selected was done so with consideration to the residents of the household. Overall, extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend their services.

Yesterday Brandon was dispatched to our house as AC unit was not working.
After about an hour Brandon had the unit working + he installed 2 new thermostats my wife had previously purchased. We are extremely happy with his work!!!

Had Brandon come today to check up on my furnace. With temperatures dropping I need to get that things running, we got it to work but still need some work to have it working 100% waiting on a quote from them to get what needs to be done and get the unit running 100%, I loved the honesty and will definitely will be recommending them to any one that asks me in the future about AC/heating services.. and will continue to use them in the future ..

Their employee, Brandon showed up on time. This company is real responsible. Did a great job after another company jerked us around not telling what we really needed trying to sell us something else and this company took care of everything. Great company. We will use again. Highly recommended!! I will use this company for future service.

I have exclusively used Masco & Sons for all heating & AC needs for almost 20 years. My first encounter with Tony resulted in an emergency call to close an escrow for my grandma. The arrived the same day and found a broken wire. At that time the charge was $35, I was blown over by the service, the honestly/integrity, and the more than fair pricing. Since then they have serviced my own home AC and installed a whole house ducted Evaporative cooler that has saved me THOUSANDS over the past 14 years. Their pricing then was fair, the workmanship beyond reproach. Since then they have serviced my equipment; always more than fair IMO pricing, respectful of my property, cleaned up after themselves, etc.,etc. I've had the privilege of referring several friends who have used Masco & all have had nothing but wonderful things to say. I might add that I had a friend who choose to go with another company to save less than $100 on a whole house ducted swamp system. That was about 10 years ago and the result was nothing like my system. They have chosen to use AC over their evaporative system because of it, costing them financially & in comfort. Masco...the only company to call; family owned & operated. The absolute best!

Thank you, Masco for providing excellent customer service! Brandon came out and did it excellent job evaluating our cooling and heating system. He also fixed the problem and we were able to get the air conditioning unit cleaned as well as serviced so that we would not be in a very overheated home or over 86° so thank you Masco.
