Took my class A boots here to get shined and cleaned. My boots were a mess. Full of dust and dull looking. They cleaned them up real good. Will be going back when they need a touch up. Thanks for great service. Friendly and polite people.

My wife has a leather yellow, Versace jacket that had several bad stains on it. We thought it was a lost cause as no one said they could repair it. BUT Maselli took on the challenge and was able to make the jacket look brand new again! TY his will be our go to place for shoe and leather repair!

I had a wedding to attend, and thought that the Cole Haan dress shoes I had were beyond repair. With much doubt of their revival, I called MaselliBros and spoke with Ron. He told me to bring them in so he could take a look.
Oh yes!!! He could repair them!!! Oh my gosh did he repair them!!! Beautiful!!! He did a masterpiece of a job on them. And in no time!!! I couldn't be more grateful!!! He exceeded my expectations!!!
I highly recommend this business!!!

The workmanship was fine; the customer service was uncomfortable. I was asked to pay when I dropped off my shoes, which was not a problem, but when I returned for pickup the gentleman complained that he charged me the wrong amount for the heel/sole replacement and that I didn't pay enough. He blamed it on another person in the shop but he was the one who quoted me and accepted payment the week before. It was an uncomfortable exchange and I felt like he wanted me to pay more than I did. It was about a $5 difference. I won't return due to this exchange.
