Had a very bad experience with my Tundra at the West Little Rock collision center but the service at the North office was a wonderful surprise! Nicole texted me regularly to keep me appraised of the progress. They started when they said they would, finished ahead of schedule and came in under the estimate ! Hope I never need bodywork again, but if I do - I'll be back.

I purchased my car at McClarty Toyota and had a good experience so I expected the same type of experience from the collision center. This was not correct! The process was not a smooth one. First of all, the communication is terrible. Phone calls were not answered or returned and sometimes I would have to drive up to their location just to speak with someone. My insurance company needed information sent to them and it took weeks and multiple requests from them, myself and my spouse to finally get the info sent. Once I dropped my car off, there was no communication related to a supplement they filed which required extra repair time. A phone call or message letting me know there was a delay would have been appreciated. When I went to pick up my car, it had been damaged by McClarty. There were scratches and paint chips on the hood, both front fenders, drivers side door and passenger door. They agreed to repair the damages. When I returned to pick my car up the second time, they had damaged the fender flares when they removed them and instead of ordering new parts, they put the damaged flares back on. Once again, they kept my car to order and replace the fender flares. They had recently changed managers and I am hopeful that he will be able to improve the quality of service at McClarty Collision. I wish I had checked reviews before I took my car to them. I will not be back.

I had my car at McLarty in North Little Rock. The job done to my car was terrible and made my car very unsafe. When I tried to get information on the work done Nicole hung up on me. My car was shaking when I took the car in for repairs. When I got my car back Friday no one said a word to me. The INSIDE wall of the front tires were in shreds. Nicole claimed you could tell my tires were bad by looking at them. Mind you this was the INSIDE WALL of two tires. She said they checked my brakes AND rotors at first then changed her story saying my car was never put in the air to be worked on. I'm missing lug nuts. I want my car properly fixed and get MY lug nuts back. I drive two small kids in my car. How I was treated was not okay. Failing to mention how bad the tires were and just let me drive off was wrong. Nicole's customer service is terrible. She said she had a sticky note on her desk for someone to tell me about my tires? That is not okay! She also stated she can't help that someone failed to mention this issue to me. What about the times I called to get an update on the car which was more than once. Not a word was said. I want a list of repairs that were done since Nicole S. at McLarty is refusing so I can give this to my lawyer.

Dropped my Camry off for a recall paint job and had a couple things replaced during the process to came back to a beautiful painted Camry!! So far everything looks incredible and the fact that it came with a lifetime warranty is a plus!! They even had the car detailed when I picked it up which was something I didn’t expect but greatly appreciated! Will definitely be using them again in the future!

My beautiful Nissan Sentra got hit by a rouge tire. It damaged the front bumper and some plastic things it was connected to. McLarty North Little Rock did a fantastic job. She looks brand new. They even vacuumed her out:) Would recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Our vehicle was here over two months due to a collision. During that two month period, we had to beg for updates about the progress. Every time we called, we were treated very rudely. We attempted to speak to the manager who failed promises regarding updates regarding the vehicle’s progress. We picked up the vehicle yesterday and already returned it! The vehicle’s check engine light came on and the vehicle is making a loud roaring noise; it sounds like a go cart. This was extremely shocking to me because the service department signed off on the vehicle agree that it was inspected and ready to go. When we looked under the hood of the vehicle, we also noticed that the windshield wiper fluid was empty and the line that connects it wasn’t properly placed. If those mistakes are mistakes that are noticed by just opening the hood, can you imagine what is going on beneath the things we are unable to see. When we returned the vehicle this morning, we stood outside because the door was still locked although it was after 0730. I called the establishment to inform the lady who answered the phone we were outside. She answered the phone annoyed and hastily said okay and proceeded to hang up in my face. When she opened the door to the establishment, she wasn’t happy. We talked respectfully to her but her attitude towards us was rude and very defensive! At this moment, I became upset that she would argue with a customer. She informed us that the vehicle came in making noises. I reminded her that the vehicle was wrecked and that she was extremely rude and that I didn’t appreciate her hanging the phone up in my face. I walked outside bc she started yelling and I didn’t want the situation to escalate further. I allowed my husband to handle the situation and walked out of the building. When she did a small inspection of the vehicle, she agreed that windshield wiper fluid should have been filled and that was their mistake. She then proceeded to say that we don’t check the engine light bc it’s a collision. The engine light was not on prior to the collision. This is so unacceptable! Our biggest regret is trusting them with our vehicle. We choice them due to their great reviews but out experience has been anything but great! Honestly, I think this is just how they treat their brown customers because I’ve witnessed them being polite to other customers. If they weren’t able to properly fix the vehicle, this could have be informed to us before accepting the job and wasting our time for over 2 months. We are professional people and I would advise anyone else who is also professional to avoid this business!

Terrible experience for 3 reasons. 1) They took things out of my car which was not necessary for the work they were doing and when I called them, they were able to find my items and told me I could use my own time, gas, and effort to correct their "mistake" by coming back to their shop to pick up my things. 2) They had to install 2 new tires and put them both on the passenger side. Apparently you have to tell them how to install new tires otherwise you pick up your car and immediately have to take it for a tire rotation which cost you more money. 3) They took almost 3 months on a light duty job. I would strongly recommend finding another place.

Great job repairing my vehicle, I got it back a week before it was scheduled to be returned.
