Jairo and Mario were great. Very friendly and helpful. Although I didn't understand what they explained really, they were thorough. My system is only a couple years old and still under warranty. They took pictures of all the issues with my system, and wrote it all out including diagrams. I'll be contacting the company that installed it to take care of the issues. And if for some reason they are unable or willing to fix it these gentleman assured me they would come back and get it done right. I truly appreciate the time they took to look at and explain my system to me.

The workers were great! The front office folks seemed a bit disorganized. We ordered a very expensive coating that we were told we would be contacted about but pretty sure they forgot because we had to remind them. Once we did, they got on it right away. They were also polite and on top of it once reminded. The end product was excellent air conditioning and heating. This company is not cheap but if making a long term investment I would recommend.

Not the easiest or the best customer service. Too many people are involved and no one wants to do their part. I was scheduled for a morning appointment and I had to call to figure out what was the hold up. Come to find out the technician was scheduled for later on in the evening. I was frustrated since I was put on the schedule for an 8 am appointment. Even when my appointment window opened the technicians we're 3 hours late. My account has notes on sending a senior technician and they didn't do that, when I called the office the operator was no help. I felt like no one was willing to work with me, mind you i haven't had my ac system working for 3 days and it was going to be 101 that day plus I'm 9 month pregnant with small kids in my home. The senior technician never introduced himself to me and was saying rude comments when works my on my unit. If I didn't have a warranty for my unit I would went to another company to seek out services. This whole thing was a nightmare for myself and my children. I took pictures and video of the work that was done since it was not cleaned up and water was left behind. Not the best service at all. I have been a customer for 6 years and this has to be the lowest quality of customer service I have ever received and lack of empathy from this company. I would not recommend them at all.

Dan Santana and his trainee alongside of him did a great job servicing and troubleshooting my AC and furnace. He was very transparent with the issues that they found during their maintenance routine. He also found an issue that can potentially break my furnace and unit that would have cost me more money.

Wyatt Cass provided better guidance on what the issues that Dan and his trainee found and he provided the best solutions to move forward.

Thank you to Monarch team for the excellent service, great customer service and clean work overall.

Their staff from supervisors to techs were wonderful and informative as well as understanding of our needs and financial situation. They worked with us and got us the payments we could afford(thank you steve). The 2 man crew showed up that same day and got to work. The techs were finished the next day after replacing all the old ductwork w/a newer more efficient solution that when they left that afternoon my wife, daughter, and I all felt the difference immediately, and were impressed well pleased. We can't wait till they return in may/June for our air conditioner maintenance! You guys know who you are and we're 5 star techs from start to finish and are looking forward to seeing you guys in June! Thank you Monarch Services, will recommend you to all our friends!

The nicest company I have ever dealt with. There honesty is unbelievable. Nicholas kept us informed on everything that needed to be done. The company even offering to bring us space heaters if we wanted them. We will only use Monarch for all of our heating and cooling needs. A heart felt THANK YOU to you all.

04/05/2024 - After calling the number provided by monarch in their response, I was given an appointment. I took time off work and waited the entire day for someone to show up. I called around 3:30 in the afternoon to confirm I still was on the schedule. Was told someone would be out that day. Nothing. Not even so much as a courtesy call to let me know they had cancelled my appointment. When I called back in this morning I was told the technician cancelled the appointment because the individual who set up the appointment did not list the reason for the why they would be coming out. I called in this morning and was told the soonest they could be here was Monday. I now have to take additional time off work and hopefully Monarch shows up at some point during the day. How can a business like this still be in operation. TERRIBLE customer service.

04/02/2024 - This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have tried multiple times to get a call back from the managers, after the initial contact, nothing. I call on a regular basis and leave messages with no call back. My unit was installed Oct 2021. June of 2023 the unit began to leak into into my attic and down the master bedroom wall causing damage to my home. I have had technicians from monarch out at least a dozen times and all of them have stated that they cannot determine why it is leaking. Here it is approaching summer of 2024 and the unit still is not able to be used without leaking into my attic. I have a warranty covering all parts and labor, yet nothing is being done. I cannot use the unit I paid $13k for without it causing further damage to my home. I do not recommend using Monarch, ever. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

This review is to give accolades to Dan Santana for his aboveboard assistance and professionalism. He appeared to be thorough as he performed his work.
I will mention however, getting timely services was subpar. Monarch initially held me hostage a full day for a prearranged appointment on a Monday then called at 5pm to tell me I would have to be rescheduled two days later (that's after multiple emails and text messages confirming my appointment beforehand). At that second appointment Im told my 3 year old unit needed over 1700 Dollars of services. 🤦🏽‍♀️😑
