Ridiculous! Had their power service over 4 years now and the power still goes out every time it rains for 5 minutes, and sometimes when the sun is still shining! It’s amazing that a company can get away with providing such random service, especially in the 21st century, and after building themselves a multi million dollar office space!

Service is TRASH. Power goes off frequently. When you call them about it, it takes hours for them to fix it.

Been getting the runaround by Berry. Guyton’s tree service dropped two trees on power-lines and power company unnecessarily drives in my yard and damages it. Have left many messages for Barry Roland and he refuses to call me back about the matter. Told me to sue Guyton’s. Poorly run in my opinion. Will attend a meeting to share my gripe over this.

Every customer service person should be fired and replaced. They hang up on you when you call. Twice they have cut off my internet because they applied everything to the electric bill.

Why are there two different bills. Just make one bill. The cable company is capable and smart enough to do this. When you talk to them rude and act like they doing you a favor.

If I could leave no stars I would. One person for one of the largest counties to release all work order for new mobile homes is just plain bad business. And the only answer you get is that he is on vacation so you didn’t know well in advance that he was going on vacation and you would have people wanting power turned on before a week. Not to mention I had to call for four straight days to get to the person who is suppose to do the work orders. Just plum ignorant. If you plan on moving to Monroe county don’t plan on living in your new home with power for several weeks especially after they run wires against code over your new home and try to blame you. They spent all their money on a new building instead of improving their staff to be able to provide for the amount of customers they have.

MCEPA does a great job maintaining power in emergencies. I’ve seen crews out on the road in very bad conditions trying to locate problems in the lines.

First off, i have been on this company about getting a tree that is dead near the power line down. And they never got back to me about it. Next, we signed up for the internet and phone services and we were told that we had to pay up front on the website or phone and when we went to the website to pay the bill before they come to imstall the new internet and phone. We owe nothing. So people make up your minds do we have to pay before the installation is done are not.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Their "professional tree crews" chopped down one of my large oak trees and in the process destroyed one of my maple trees because of their haphazard, lazy work. Plenty of room in my yard to drop the tree without any damage, but yet in their hurry to finish up the job, they did it incorrectly. Extremely amateur and pathetic. And no compensation for the damage to my property. Too bad there's no other option for a power company because you bet I'd be switching.
