My wife and I just purchased our forever home in Palmer. We reached out to Mr. Sparky's after reading rave reviews and numerous recommendations we saw online. Without a doubt it was hands down the right decision! Mr. Sparky's came out to our house and helped us plan the install of a new whole house generator. During the process he kept us updated on the status of the order, and even scheduled the company to run the gas line to the generator for us. The process was beyond smooth!

Mr. Sparky's was extremely knowledgeable, and an all around great person to work with. We have plans on adding a detached garage for Alaska toys, and we wouldn't trust anyone but Mr. Sparky's to do all the electrical when we're ready. If you want it done right from the start, look no further than Mr. Sparky's. Jake and Mr. Sparky came to my rescue when a freak electrical fault in my breaker box nearly started a house fire. When I described the issue to him on the phone, and the fact that I had to shut off all power to protect the home, he immediately dropped everything and was at my front door within an hour to diagnose the issue. Within 24 hours, a brand new circuit panel was installed and I was back up and running. Jake even saved me $800 by finding a compatible breaker box so we wouldn't need to replace any breakers in the box. He and his apprentice Manny were prompt, professional, and completed the work in half the time they expected to. Between the luck of discovering the fault before it resulted in a fire, and Jake and Manny's quick response, no damage happened in the home. I would use Mr Sparky's again and will use them as my preferred electrician for my other properties.

Jake fixed multiple wiring issues called out on inspection report of new-to-me house. Very pleased he was able to do the work quickly, professionally and with evident skills of years of experience. Other larger contractors were scheduling weeks out. Jake came out late afternoon the day I called. More than reasonable charges for all the work done and troubleshooting two 3-way switches that were incorrectly wired. Very pleased with his work! I can highly recommend “Mr Sparky Electric”

Moved to Palmer, Alaska in Oct 2023. Got lucky finding Jake at Mr. Sparky’s. Quick response. Great service and support. Power went out last night for 2 hours. Generator kicked on just like it was supposed too. Thx u Jake.

Sparky was on time with a call half hour away to remind me he was coming. Did a clean professional job and was more than willing to answer my questions. Installed a generator switch box and looked at several other issues and gave advise. I would recommend this company. Jake knows how to treat people and build good working relationships.
