Excellent service and courteous staff. The plumber did a very professional job of replacing our water heater and clearly knew what he was doing and cared about doing a good job. Also they responded very quickly to my call for help.

I am not a paying customer but I had an interaction with this man in a parking lot unfortunately and he's terribly rude and disrespectful. Still absolutely flabbergasted. He should probably think about how he behaves in public when his big red truck has his business name right on it. I'm sure it has cost him customers over time. He gave me a very conniving impression. I personally wouldn't trust him to not cut corners or not overcharge me. Best of luck!

Plumber showed up, did not introduce himself, walked in and didn't even take off his shoes. We even ignored the plumbers crack... I rent and this is who is contracted to compete plumbing repairs. After he left my landlord called to tell me the plumber called to tell them I need to deep clean my place that it was a mess. I need to clean with some bleach under the sink as it was a mess. Well of course it was a mess, there was a water leak. I couldn't clean it until the leak was fixed. And my sink was broken, how could I do my dishes? How dare he judge me and my living space and then call my landlord. Total violation of my privacy. I am a single mom working 2 jobs, sometimes I choose to have fun with my boys instead of sweep my floors but I am not a slob. And it is not his right to judge me or to share the information with anyone, ever.

We have a new home. This company was listed as the ones who did our plumbing work. We called the emergency phone number listed which gave us another number which gave us another number if no one answered. We had a sump pump leak and this company out of all the numbers listed for emergency service couldn’t bother to answer one call at all. We also had a prior bad experience where they refused to fix a seal on a toilet that wasn’t properly done and caused a leak. The gentleman who came out was rude and started calling my husband a liar when you could clearly see a leak. Terrible a company would never recommend.

For new house construction, steer clear of this company. I had a gas leak, water flooded the finished basement, and now 2 1/2 years later I find that they installed a box store quality disposal that needs to be replaced and the faucet is loose from the kitchen sink causing more cabinet damage. I am still living with a sewer smell from the drain in one bathroom that the only solution they offer is to pour large quantities of chlorine in it. If you do contract with them, don’t pay them until everything has been resolved!

Noticed our water heater was leaking after dinner. Called Mulford around 7 pm and they were able to come and replace unit the next day at a fair price. Would definitely use them again.

They deserve 0 stars, this company shouldn’t even have an LLC, simply pathetic..
entire process with them was Extremely rude and unprofessional.
Managed to book an appointment for 8am for plumbing repairs at my rental property, I arrived at 8:05am to the unit and the plumber is pulling out parking lot as I’m pulling in, and left a note on the door “if you make an appointment for 8, be here at 7:55 to let me in”
I called the office 4x and on the 5th try , the guy picks up tells me stop calling their services were not available anymore.
