We have had our pipes cleared twice by Nak, and recently had our hot water heater replaced by them. When the new heater stopped working recently, John (super friendly and knowledgeable) came right over and didn't charge us to troubleshoot the issue (earthquake safety valve had been triggered, shutting off gas to hot water heater). At first John tried to call on a Friday morning but when I didn't answer, he moved things around to come Friday afternoon. At first I was skeptical of his claim to have left a message Friday morning, but then AT&T delivered it to me about 3 days later! That motivated me to leave this review to say these guys are consistently reliable, competent, and friendly. Thank you.

John is an excellent plumber. His many years of experience really shows. He is a hard worker. Very professional and efficient. He is also great with communication. Friendly and helps get you on his calendar soon if you need it. I like that he has text reminders for appointments and an easy way to pay invoices online, as well as sends invoices via email. I have been recommending him to others and I definitely trust him to do whatever work we need here.

I called Nak for Plumbing about some issues I was having with the water line to my washing machine. They came out the same day and replaced the valves for both the cold and hot water lines. They were very professional and friendly and explained exactly what they needed to do. In addition, they disconnected and removed my water softener that was leaking in the garage. I like to use local businesses in the Martinez area and Nak for Plumbing was an excellent find. I will definitely use them in the future. Was able to schedule work needed the same day I called. Workmen Sandeep and Miguel arrived on time, and installed seismic shutoff valve in 30 minutes as promised. Sandeep very patient to explain how to relight my water heater, and Miguel gave me detailed instructions how to reset device if triggered. Great service. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs!

We were originally provided a quote from a remote preview. Once John came on site, the issue was not what was originally anticipated. He fixed the issues, told me what else I needed to do and adjusted the price to be reflective of the work done, without being prompted.

Sanjeev and Miguel fixed a leaking kitchen sink for me this morning. Nak for Plumbing has been out to our place several times and they have always been professional and workmanlike. Plumbing leaks are probably the number one cause of house damage, so having a good plumber to call is really important to me.
