We had a major blockage with our main line and called Nautilus for an emergency service. They were able to get someone out quickly and were very methodical in diagnosing the problem and explaining our options throughout the process. This is the second time that we had the amazing Juan and his crew and honestly he is one of the best plumbers I've had - he really goes out of his way to explain each step and why they're doing what. At the end of the day, it was a big job and they were always there when they said they would be, would text or call with updates on when people would arrive, and made the best of a big problem. Nautilus just completed a job for my commercial building in Venice that extensive subterranean work on a very fast timeframe. This team clearly explained the issues, provided immediate paperwork, showed up on time as advertised, and walked me through each step along the way. Jesse from Nautilus came by very quickly, did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem (a broken garbage disposal causing a leak under the sink). These guys have helped me out in a pinch a number of times and they are my go-to for any plumbing problem.

My husband and I had a serious plumbing issue and ended up having to cancel our wedding anniversary plans to go away for the weekend. The water from the kitchen sink suddenly stopped and Nautilus Plumbing came out for an inspection and not only identified the problem immediately, but said they were able to take care of it the next day. It is important to note that this happened on a Saturday, during Labor Day weekend. While it did take the entire day, they were able to dig up and replace the front pipes to the main waterline, as well as replace the kitchen sink. We had just replaced the sink 2 years ago but they were able to get a newer model of the one we had installed. Additionally, Nautilus Plumbing had to come back a few days later to patch up the hole, and redo the cement on the sidewalk but overall, it was pretty seamless. When they showed us the pipes, we thought they had a log in their hand. I honestly don't even know how ANY water got through! The next day, we had a plumbing issue with the toilet and they came out and addressed that issue as well. Overall, we are very pleased with their service and if any other issues arise, we know for sure who we will contact!
