This is a wonderful business! So caring!

I had a screendoor recently installed and lost the key (it locks from the outside). Not sure how to proceed, the friendly folks at Lowe's suggested I take the lock to NORTHSTAR LOCKSMITH.

I started to take it apart, but got stuck. I called for help. They gave the phone to a technician in the office who was able to help me figure out what I did wrong. He texted with me later while he was on the road to check in. This wonderful person is Frederick. He also checked on me afterwards in order to make sure I got the lock back in the door.

I brought the lock down to their Northern Lights Blvd store and the gentleman there was helpful and patient. He also did me a solid and instead of charging me $25 for the normal keying fee, only charged me $14.
As a person going through some financial things right now, I was SO appreciative!

I got home and reinstalled the door lock & tested out my key which worked like a charm (or a key, lol!).

These folks are awesome. After coming out to my location and getting me access to my vehicles, they offered to make me new keys for my locks rather than letting me just replace them. And to make things even better, they came back out to help me reinstall the locks since they were old and didn’t want to cooperate. They did this without charging me anything extra. If I ever need a locksmith in Anchorage again, I‘m coming to these folks. Thank you Northstar.

I had lost the keys to my safe and needed it opened. This was the first place I tried and they were great. They got the safe open quickly and only charged $5. Customer service was great and they were friendly.
