I had a previous electrician bail out on me after replacing a panel did not fix my issue. I called On Point as other places I spoke to only wanted to replace everything, not actually diagnose the issue. Mike came out and found a loose wire that was part of my issue, then correctly diagnosed that PG&E needed to repair a line on their side as well.

By going with On Point, I saved $3500.00 that the other companies insisted I would have to spend. Mike was very thorough and explained very clearly why certain upgrades were needed. I am very happy with the service i received.

He was easy to communicate with once I received the quote. I changed a couple things and he just went with the flow. We have an electric vehicle and he even had a great knowledge on that. On his scheduled day he arrived again on time, again respectful and completely professional.

If you need quick assistance with washer/dryer hook ups at a great price, contact On Point Electric and request for the electrician Phil; we were beyond satisfied with the service we received today. He came on time, it didn't take him any time at all to hook up our dryer, he was very polite and the prices are better than what any other electrician service would charge. Definitely will be giving Phil a call whenever I have questions about my washer/dryer hook up.
