We discovered a wheel bearing had gone out on our trailer late in the afternoon while stopped at a local rest area. No one would tow it anywhere but it was suggested that I call Frank. Even though he isn't a mobile mechanic he readily agreed to come out and replace the hub assembly the next morning. So the next morning he showed up with a whole new hub assembly and had it installed in no time. He was great to deal with and his charge was very reasonable. He certainly saved our day and I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

Wish I could give six stars..These guys are the best! I've taken several RVs to them and they go above and beyond and make sure that everything works perfectly. They make suggestions and offer ideas how to deal with different issues that we've experienced. I can tell you that my office is literally a quarter of a mile from RV Roadway, (their customer service and wait time is horrible) and a mile and a half from Camping World and Great American(these guys won't even talk to you unless you bought from them) but I consistently drive 25 miles one way to take my RV to these guys. I would not use anyone else! They may be a little hard to find the first time but they're only about 4 MI off of i-65 near the Giant peach but I promise you it's worth the drive. Keep up the great work Frank, Chase, Chad and the rest of the crew!

Trying not to make this review long but it is going to be hard not to, so please read and bare with me. I had a bad experience with camping world with a damage claim and got it out of the shop and something they over look was wrong with the camper so it had to go back to the shop but I didn't take it back to camper world. I took it to where they took it get the fiber glass nose fix and painted. These guys they are awesome they will listen and answer any question u have to ask. I figured it was going to be at least a month or 2 before I would get it back but it was 3 weeks. I wish I could put meme and emoji's on this review that would only describe how I feel about getting it back. So thank u one last time "one of a kind custom". I will always bring my camper for repairs and maintenance we needed at this place
