They charge you to pay ! That is BS I should not have to send you my banking information to pay a bill to not be charged. You don’t even offer in person support where we can pay bills directly to either.

Thank you to all the men here in Crescent city for all of your hard work and dedication to bringing power back to some of us in the community im hoping we all will get are power back thanks to you . Your Rock Stars in my eyes calling and bringing in the big guns and the biggest coolest Cat generators I have ever seen it brought tears to my eyes, knowing that you guys are coming to save us and you did, and I can never thank you enough we could never thank you enough and you should be recognized for the things that you do the work you do putting your lives on the line for us on a daily and weekly bases and in such horrific events weather and wildfires you are gods guardian angels and my heroes. Super willing to charge full price on bills when we had gotten special rates claiming the process had not finished yet when we called magically while we were on the phone it got approved.... So if we had to pay that difference would we have been repaid the difference? Likely not, with out the poor people discount power bill ran close to $400.00 to have a house that would not heat up past 64 and a refrigerator.... I'm not keen on paying to have the uppers in the company keep their insane pay and 6 months a year vacationing.
