We hired Panoptic to inspect an old house we had under contract to purchase and were really pleased with how everything went. Nolan has a really clever online system that made scheduling very easy and convenient. We were able to get an inspection scheduled promptly. His website also has background information and descriptions of the different types of inspections that made it easy for non-experts like us to understand. We did not attend the inspection although we appreciated that that was an option. Nolan did a great job, identifying both small items that could easily be corrected and more serious issues that were not identified by the seller. He also included explanations of each item so that we could better understand the defects versus how things are supposed to work. He promptly and cheerfully answered all our questions as well. I highly recommend Panoptic.

Nolan recently did a home inspection for us. He was very thorough and gave us a very detailed report of all of his findings. During our walkthrough he shared all the “issues” he found and went in depth with severity of the issue, concerns he had, and recommendations of ways to remedy problems he encountered. Very respectful and welcoming to all of our family guests that wanted to be present as well. If we need another inspection in the future, we will be giving Nolan a call.

Mr. Nolan was very professional and welcoming in his approach. He spoke clearly and concisely about everything and gave in depth detail. He was quick to work and quick to finish the job then even spent a little extra time at the job site explaining in keen precise detail as to how certain aspects worked. Nolan did a thorough job of assessing everything in the house. It gave me lots of good information that helped me learn more about the house. Nolan was our inspector. He was very thorough and encouraged my husband and I to follow him as he inspected the property we were interested in purchasing. He took pictures to document his findings and had a written report to share with us within 24 hours. I especially liked the way he categorized the things that needed attention: red for major concern, orange for moderate, and blue for minor concern. The report was easy to read and understand. His fees were reasonable and we had choices of what we wanted him to focus on. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

We called Nolan and scheduled an inspection on-line. The process was very easy with minimal steps to undertake. We were also able to pay on line with VISA to make it even easier. Nolan called back promptly and scheduled the inspection only a couple of days after the online initiation. On arrival Nolan began the inspection without delay and was very professional with explanations of the process as he went along.
Fortunately we were termite free and Nolan was able to provide a written description of the service provided for our records.
