Pipes froze last month during -30 temps. They came out quickly, thawed the pipes, applied new heat tape and we had water again. Very honest, reasonable prices. Great Guys, Great Company! Highly Recommend!

The owner, Don, was very responsive and was able to get a repair team out rather quickly. The workers, John and Lee, did excellent work and both were kind and courteous. When they were done moving a pipe for a basement bathtub update, the bill was quite reasonable. Would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend to others.

Paid for them to replace a shower faucet. They replaced the wrong shower faucet in the other bathroom and then refused to fix it. Said we have to pay for parts? Also says it was our fault, even after I asked the worker if he knew which one it was, I even have it on camera me asking the guy, he replied yes. I shouldn't have to babysit, that's the onwers job. They don't guarantee their work! That's unacceptable workmanship and poor responsibility on the business owners part for not making sure his workers our doing the work they're hired to do. I would not recommend this business I'm a licensed contractor and this is just poor business ethics.

They don't work with you on price you have to have it up front but their job is to fix pipes and they do it fairly well and if they make a mistake they will fix their mistake for free.
