I highly recommend this business. We had another company come out and they said they could not fix our antique lock and wanted to charge us an outrageous amount of money to replace it. Pasadena Lock come to the house quickly and were able to fix the lock, in a couple of days for way less money! Thank you to people like Steve for preserving our history in this throw away society. Amazing locksmiths with great customer service! A couple months ago, my family had just travelled to Pasadena for my graduation. They had a new suitcase with them whose built-in lock had jammed. We came here and they got it open in 5 minutes, without damaging the suitcase or the lock! Great service, and very kind people - would highly recommend to anyone!!!

These are amazing locksmiths. Without a doubt the best in Pasadena. Incredibly skilled and with a wealth of experience with all types of locks. Had a 84’ Mercedes key duplicated here. Doesn’t get much better than a locksmith ran by 4th generation. Get all your keys copied here, so much charm! The automated key copy machines sterilized the craft of a locksmith.

I had an old lock that became stuck. I called the Pasadena Lock Shop and spoke to a friendly receptionist. This was not an emergency but Steve and Alan came that same afternoon. They were amazing! They repaired the lock so it was better than new. They also replaced all the old keys. Their price was very reasonable.
The Pasadena Lock Shop will be my place to go for all future lock requirements.
